Available all day at all of our locations across New Mexico, this menu is designed to satisfy those mid-day nostalgia cravings with a selection of beloved classics. And there's more—during our lunch hours, from Monday to Friday, 11 am to 3 pm, all classic menu items include a free soda and side salad. You can also substitute fries at no extra charge. Our side salad features fresh mixed greens, tomato, onion, and cucumber, with your choice of house-made dressings: Ranch, IPA vinaigrette, Caesar, or blue cheese.

Mashing: The process of mixing the grist with water heated to precise temperatures and ratios. The main focus of mashing is to breakdown starch into fermentable sugars. The volume of water and temperature directly impacts sugar extraction and the overall body of the finished beer. Different mashing processes are used in different parts of the world, depending on your location and traditions, the quality of malt available, the equipment used, and the beer styles brewed.

On Febuary 15th we gathered our girls (and pals) for a night of nostalgia & giving back at Trivia for a Cause: The Golden Girls!

All proceeds from the competition fees were donated to the winning team’s cause of choice. Here are all the details for our Trivia for a Cause events:

-Teams of 2-10 choose a charity, non-profit, or community organization to compete for, register your team and pay the $25 competition fee by visiting the link in our bio.

-The the trivia will consist of 50 questions spread throughout 5 rounds.

-The winning team will also win a Golden Girls themed gift basket, including a $100 Bosque gift card.

-Small prizes for all contestants.

-Specially themed cocktail special exclusive to this event.
