DRIFTWOOD OATMEAL STOUT
5.9% ABV | 20 IBU
Nearly black with ruby highlights, Driftwood’s coffee, chocolate, and roasty tones enhance the rich, malt character. This well-balanced, full-bodied ale is, most importantly, a pleasure to drink!
Bosque Cider (dry-hopped guava)
As we delve into the world of cider, the brewery team opted for a dry-hopped cider that is swirling with sweet and fragrant notes of guava. The tropical fruit puree mingles with an apple cider base while the addition of Citra hops cuts through the sweetness with citrusy grapefruit notes. The cider’s crisp finish has a hint of the smooth softness of guava on the back end of your palate

The farmhouse yeast used in this American-Belgo Pale Ale imparts a fruity flavor (think bananas) with a little bit of spice. A trio of Mosaic, Ekuanot, and Pacific Jade hops introduces citrus and tropical notes with a slightly piney and floral nose. The malt bill lends itself to hints of biscuit and caramel, making it a full-flavored beer with a complex yet approachable character.
Map & Compass
6.1% ABV | 65 IBUs
A bit of a globe-trotting, hop-forward pale ale, Map & Compass showcases Southern Passion hops from South Africa, which lead the way with tropical and citrus tones. A moderate addition of German noble hops adds a floral and herbal complexity to the aroma. Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts provide a bready and toasty malt character, with oats ensuring medium body and a touch of sweetness.
Fistful of Churros
5.3% ABV | 15 IBUs
It’s all in the name for this beer. Our brewers added 1,000 (yes, one thousand) churros to the mash to ensure that cinnamon and brown sugar are highlighted. This brown ale has a medium to full body and finishes with notes of cocoa and roasted caramel without overbearing sweetness.
8.1% ABV | 90 IBUs
Perhaps our haziest beer to date, this double IPA is for the beer drinker who seeks out hop-heavy ales wherever they go. It has a strong citrus nose, but the first sip is packed with hops and pine up front with a slightly tropical finish. Sip on it slowly, allowing its hoppy depth unfold as you enjoy.
