Our themes were amazingly specific and we loved how you showed out for them. Firstly we hosted Disney & Pixar Trivia at Telshor Public House. Cheers to the winning team, There’s A Snake In My Brew, who raised $475 for Mesilla Animal shelter. For our second Trivia for a Cause we hosted Tarantino Trivia at our Cottonwood Public House. The winning team, Plump Fiction, raised $175 for Animal Humane New Mexico. Don’t you love those team names? Teams are always so creative and clever!
On Tap Beer Specialty at our Albuquerque Public House
Our Honey Pale Ale 5.8% ABV and 20 IBU. Haze & Honey is a refreshing pale ale that utilizes local honey from Corrales. This beer lightly hopped in the whirlpool with El Dorado and Simcoe hops and later dry-hopped with more El Dorado, and Citra hops. Aromatic floral notes from the honey complement the surprisingly dry character of this beer, making for a flavorful and balanced beer that isn't overshadowed by hops.
Bosque Brewing Co. Offers New On-Tap Beer Special in New Mexico
We’re excited to offer a new on-tap specialty called Chocolate Driftwood. This is an amazing Chocolate Oatmeal Stout. This holiday stout is sure to delight your taste buds becaue our original Driftwood is a Bosque Brewing Co. favorite, so we took it to the next level by adding some familiar holiday notes, like graham crackers, cocoa nibs, and vanilla beans.
This incredible craft beer contains 5.7 ABV and 20 IBU and was brewed with a 2-row malt base with some Vienna, light and dark crystal malt, chocolate malt, pale chocolate malt, chocolate wheat, and lots of oats. We added graham crackers to the mash and the fermenter. Once the beer was fermented, we recirculated it over a bed of cocoa nibs and vanilla beans. Sounds great, yeah?
