“Although, previous expansion plans were stalled by the Covid-19 pandemic, Griego said it is not the first time Bosque has opened multiple locations at the same time, stating “this is basically what we do.”

“Being able to find turnkey projects that we can turn around in 90 days is important to us,” Griego said. “And we're always mindful about not over- saturating an area. We keep tabs on what our customers are requesting and we look for those opportunities whenever they pop up. People have been
asking for a location on the Westside for a long time."“
