We are thrilled to announce that starting today, July 15th, Bosque Brewing Co. is launching a brand-new addition to our culinary offerings: the Bosque Classic Menu! Available all day at all of our locations across New Mexico, this menu is designed to satisfy those mid-day nostalgia cravings with a selection of beloved classics. And there's more—during our lunch hours, from Monday to Friday, 11 am to 3 pm, all classic menu items include a free soda and side salad. You can also substitute fries at no extra charge. Our side salad features fresh mixed greens, tomato, onion, and cucumber, with your choice of house-made dressings: Ranch, IPA vinaigrette, Caesar, or blue cheese.

First up, we're bringing back a crowd favorite—the Pretzel Bun. This time, we're offering it in two delectable options. The Pretzel Bratwurst Sandwich features a juicy bratwurst nestled in a soft, warm pretzel bun, topped with all the classic fixings. It's a hearty, flavorful sandwich that's perfect for lunch or dinner. If you're a fan of comfort food, you won't want to miss the OG Pretzel Grilled Cheese. This isn't your average grilled cheese; it's a gooey, melty masterpiece encased in a pretzel bun that adds a delightful twist to a timeless favorite.

For those who crave something a bit lighter yet equally satisfying, we've brought back the ever-popular Tarragon Turkey Sandwich. This lunch favorite is made with tender slices of turkey, fresh greens, and a hint of tarragon that elevates the flavor profile to something truly special. It's a refreshing option that still packs a punch in the taste department.

Birria Beef Sandwich • 12
