COVID changed the trajectory of countless local businesses, and Bosque was one of them. Like many others, we took on debt to keep people employed and the lights on. The reasons are many, but bar and restaurant traffic has not returned to pre-COVID levels, and the taproom side of the business became unsustainable.
But the closing of taprooms doesn’t reflect the love for our beer.
Bosque beers continue to be brewed locally at Marble with the help of longtime Bosque brewers. This ensures the beers you know remain true to their roots, and that Bosque can continue to grow, evolve, and release new brews.
There won’t be taprooms for now.
But our beer is still here and still local.
This isn’t the end of Bosque, just a new chapter.
