Jump into Labor Day with $32 cases

As Labor Day approaches, many of us look forward to a well-deserved day off, spent with friends and family, enjoying the last rays of summer. However, not everyone gets the day off, and for those who still have to work, we have you covered as we are open with our normal hours so you can come see us after you get off. We will handle the grill and the beer!

If you do have the day off and a BBQ to attend, we still invite you to take advantage of our $32 mix-and-match case special. Pick any four staple beers to build your case, which is less than $1.34 a can!

Good beer brings people together, and we're thrilled to be part of your Labor Day celebration. So, mark your calendars, invite your friends, and toast to the long weekend with us. No matter your Labor Day plans, Bosque Brewing Co has you covered! Cheers to Labor Day at Bosque Brewing!

New Mexico Brewers Guild IPA Challenge Winner, a love letter from Bosque Brewing Co., to you!

Hey ya’ll! We are absolutely thrilled to be the 2023 New Mexico Brewers Guild IPA Challenge winner! Our entry, Participation Award, took the top spot, and we couldn't be more elated.

Participation Award is a hazy double dry-hopped double IPA that packs a delightful punch at 8.7% ABV and 70 IBU.

Participation Award is a blend of 25% oats, 25% malted wheat, and 2-row with a touch of unmalted wheat. Hopped throughout with a combination of Sabro, Simcoe, and the ever-beloved Citra. Fermented with Helio Gazer yeast. Our brewery team took the opportunity to include some top-secret ingredients they’ve been wanting to experiment with, they won’t even tell us, so that will have to remain a mystery.

This victory is not just ours; it belongs to the entire New Mexico craft beer community. The New Mexico Brewers Guild IPA Challenge brought 16 of the state's greatest IPAs after the brewers round, each one representing the hard work and creativity of its respective brewery. We extend our sincere appreciation and respect to all the participating breweries. Your dedication to the craft pushes the boundaries of excellence and continues to elevate the New Mexico.

The Drinkery by Bosque Brewing Co., Offering Craft Cocktail & Beer is now open in Santa Fe!

Raise a glass and join us in a toast as Bosque Brewing Co., the trailblazing craft brewery rooted deep in the heart of New Mexico, introduces its latest venture, The Drinkery. Nestled in the vibrant city of Santa Fe at 4980 Promenade Blvd Ste B, The Drinkery invites you to embark on an adventurous journey of flavors, where hand-poured craft cocktails, New Mexican spirits, wines, and an array of beers, ciders, and seltzers brewed by Bosque Brewing Co. take center stage.

We invite you to celebrate New Mexico with us as we open our doors on Monday, June 19th. Since Bosque’s inception in October of 2012, we’ve focused on creating world-class beers that pair best with the adventure of your choice, even if that adventure is inside an air-conditioned taproom. We’ve since added hand-crafted cocktails made with New Mexican spirits and wines. The Drinkery is the culmination of our growth, adventurous outlook, and passion for a good drink while showcasing the best New Mexico offers.

We’ve partnered with our friends at Dion’s, located right next door. They’ll be at your service, delivering your order directly to your table, allowing you to indulge in the perfect pairing of your favorite craft beverage and your Dion’s order that hasn’t changed in years. Did we mention they will be delivering directly to your table?

Gather your friends, and meet us at The Drinkery.
