ROTATING SPECIALTY BEERS
Bosque North | Brewery and Taproom
We strive to keep our tap lists as up-to-date as possible. However, some specialty beers may sell out faster than we anticipate to update this page or beer boards. For the most accurate and current tap list, we recommend contacting your local location directly or asking your server.
Porch Light
Light Lager
4.2% ABV | 8 IBU
Pilsner malt base with 10% flaked maize and 10% flaked rice. Hopped ever so slightly in the kettle with Czech Saaz.
Floral and Fading
Honey Lavender Wheat
6% ABV | 10 IBU
Forrest in Admin came up with this beer idea and Joe in the brewery made it a reality. This beer pairs local lavender and honey together in harmony.
50% 2row, 45% malted wheat, and 5% honey malt. Honey was added to the whirlpool and post fermentation. 3 lbs of lavender was adding like a dry to hop.
SOP
DIPA
8.6% ABV | 70 IBU
This is a double IPA. 2 row base, malted wheat, rolled oats, malted oats, and light crystal malt for the grain bill. Hops include Erebus, Helios, Citra, and Amarillo.
Extra Especial
Mexican Lager
5% ABV | 16 IBU
This is Production Manager Tim Woodward’s Mexican lager recipe. Pilsner and Vienna malt with some corn. Hopped lightly with Saaz. Fermented with 34/70 lager yeast.
Sandia Hard Cider
Black Cherry | Watermelon
5.5% ABV
Our friends at Sandia Hard Cider are providing us with their refreshing cider for the summertime while we restock our Beyond the Trees hard cider.
Scotia Light
Scottish Export
5.6% ABV | 20 IBU
This is a Scottish export ale that we’ve been making for 10 years. It was originally called Old Man Jameson. Trademark concerns led us to naming it Scotia Light. Pale and Munich malt make up the base of this malt forward beer while crystal and roasted malts contribute flavor and color.
Shandy Lakes
Shandy
5.3 % ABV | 10 IBU
Spring is almost here so y'all know what that means... Shandy time! This light and refreshing shandy has just enough of a lemony kick to keep coming back for more. Shandy Lakes is a lovely, lemony, wheat forward beer perfect for warmer weather. Loads of lemon juice concentrate is added during fermentation, and the result is a medium-bodied and delicious.
