KOLSCH

German style kolsch beer. Cologne, Germany, originated this light, crisp, quaffable beer style that people now enjoy everywhere. The beer consists of 85% Pilsner malt and 15% pale malt. It is lightly hopped in the kettle with Hallertau hops and fermented with German ale yeast.

JALAPENO SALT MONEY

LIME AND SALT LAGER WITH  JALAPENO AND A FEW HABANEROS

5.1% ABV | 10 IBU

Salt Money with a spicy twist This is our lime and salt lager, Salt Money, with lime, jalapeno, and a few habaneros added. The peppers are evident in the aroma, and the spicy finish fades quickly. This beer is awesome!

BUSINESS CASUAL

DOUBLE BROWN ALE WITH HONEY

8.0% ABV | 42 IBU

We wanted to make a big, bold brown ale backed up with an awesome honey addition to enjoy in the early months of the year. Can be found in all Bosque Brewing and Restoration Pizza locations on draft and package as well as in the wild at local retailers near you.

Festbier

5.8% ABV | 25 IBU

This modern-day take on a German Oktoberfest hits all the right notes. This lager had a strong Vienna malt backbone with some Munich malt for added flavor and color. Delicious medium-bodied beer with pleasant toasty, bready malt presence. Prost!

PIE-FACED

KEY LIME PIE INSPIRED WHEAT ALE

6.2 ABV | 10 IBU

Peel Out (banana cream pie beer) was so delicious we thought we’d make a key lime pie beer! If you like key lime pie, you won’t be disappointed with this beverage!! The base starts with equal amounts of 2 row malt and malted wheat. We added some kilned malts to bring out the crust flavor of the pie. We added a few hundred pounds of graham crackers to the mash, then lime powder and lactose to the whirlpool. During fermentation, we added 50 more pounds of graham crackers, lime concentrate, lime puree, and a couple of vanilla beans. Contains lactose.
