It's the most wonderful time of the year and we're celebrating with one of our favorite holiday movies, Elf!

Saturday, December 13th on the Bosque West Patio

• Seating begins at 4 PM and the movie will start at 5 PM.

• Popcorn and candy along with the Bosque menu will be available for purchase.

• Hot Chocolate (N/A and Boozie) available for purchase.

• Prizes given out before the movie.

• Elf coloring sheet station, supplies provided.

• Themed cocktail special.

• Dress for cold weather and bring blankets to stay cozy and warm.

• Scotia Poking and Local Vendors slinging goodies throughout the movie.

• There is no admission price but purchase of food or drink is required in order to enjoy the show.

Well, beer poking, or Bierstacheln, is a traditional German technique of plunging a red-hot metal rod into beer to caramelize residual sugars, creating a warm, sweet foam and a richer, softer flavor. This process also reduces carbonation, giving the beer a unique texture that can be described as a combination of warm foam and cold beer. It works best with malt-forward beers which is why Scotia is the perfect beer to poke!
