Sierra NM
Pale Ale
5.3% ABV | 35 IBU
This is a classic American pale ale. Pale malt base with some crystal 30. Hopped with Cascade and El Dorado in the kettle and the dryhop.
Bosque Lager

One of our past staples. A German Pilsner, Bosque Lager is back for a limited time!
Super Duper Premium
American Pilsner
5.5% ABV | 20 IBU
This is an American Pilsner. These beers were originally made in America by European migrants who brought brewing knowledge with them but had to utilize different crops like corn to make beer. We used all American grown products for this beer.Premium pilsner malt for the base with 25% flaked maize. Hopped with Sterling hops.
Driftwood
Oatmeal Stout
5.4% ABV | 25 IBU
This oatmeal stout was a Bosque staple for a bit. We are bringing it back for a quick minute. 2 row base, an array of roasted, kilned, and crystal malts plus some rolled oats.
Nightclub Two-Step
Hazy Double IPA
8.2% ABV | 50 IBU
2 row base with plenty of rolled oats and malted wheat with a little bit of Vienna. Hopped with Lotus, Ariana, and Azacca.
Peel Out
Banana Cream Pie
6.5% ABV | 5 IBU
This is a banana cream pie inspired dessert beer! Half 2 row and half wheat. Nilla wafers, banana puree, graham crackers, lactose, and vanilla make up the pie portion! (Contains lactose).
Jalapeño Salt Money
Salt and Lime Lager with Jalapeño
5.1% ABV | 10 IBU
Salt Money with a spicy twist. This is our lime and salt lager, Salt Money, with lime, jalapeno, and a few habaneros added. The peppers are evident in the aroma, and the spicy finish fades quickly. This beer is awesome!
