This beer has been rattling around in Production Manager Tim’s head for a long time. The sweet, earthy carrot flavors enterplay with the truly classic Cascade hop profile of citrus & floral. And it’s ORANGE!

Another crusher beer style that has its roots in Munich! 100% Pilsen Malt and a whisper of Saaz and Hallertau hops. Fermented with Bavarian lager yeast.

STRAWBERRY & BASIL BLONDE ALE

5.2% ABV | 10 IBU

Treat yourself this Spring with a deliciously unique spin on a classic blonde ale. Strawberry is front and center while basil provides a pleasant balance throughout. We recommend imbibing on this beer while enjoying one of our beautiful New Mexico sunsets. A nicely balanced beer with just enough strawberry and basil. It's pretty too. What else? Oh, we used 50 lbs of fresh basil!

Scotia Limited

To evoke nostalgia for our beginnings, we aged Scotia in Bourbon barrels, just as we did for our first-ever package release at our original San Mateo location. Scotia Limited will be available on draft exclusively at our new San Mateo taproom. Same ABV as Scotia and it has been aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels for 2 yrs.
