Gabe Jensen

GABE JENSEN

Chief Executive Officer & OWNER

Gabe has served in various roles through Bosque’s evolution, including Head Brewer, Director of Operations, and Managing Director. Under his oversight and care, the company has grown from a small startup that produced 350 barrels in its first year to a brewery producing well over 10,000 barrels a year. He strives to surround himself with the most talented people in the business and credits much of the success of Bosque to finding the right people for the right jobs. His primary responsibilities are now developing growth opportunities.

Jess Griego

JESS GRIEGO

Chief operations officer & Owner

Certified Cicerone®

Jess has been with Bosque Brewing Co. since the day we opened our doors in October of 2012. She began her journey with the company as a server, and as Bosque has evolved, she has evolved along with it; including becoming a part owner in 2019. She has led multiple expansions alongside the executive team, and has developed beer training, brewery tours, and other educational programs for our co-workers. She manages a variety of responsibilities while ensuring that Bosque’s core values and reputation for world-class products and experiences are alive and well on the daily. Jess is a Certified Cicerone®, sits on the Brewpubs Committee for the Brewers Association, and is the Chapter Lead of the New Mexico Pink Boots Society. Her mission is to build an inclusive and vibrant community by using her love and appreciation for craft beer as her platform.

John Bullard

JOHN BULLARD

Chief Production Officer & OWNER

Our Brewmaster is responsible for recipe development, raw ingredient and finished product inventory management, brewery staff management, and training. He holds an American Brewers Guild Intensive Brewing Science and Engineering certificate. He joined Bosque Brewing in 2014 after two years as head brewer of Blue Corn Cafe & Brewery and helped launch our first brewery expansion. John’s dedication to quality and attention to detail have led to several national and international beer competition wins. Under his care, Bosque has become known as one of New Mexico's premier breweries, known for producing world-class beer.

Jotham Michnovicz

JOTHAM MICHNOVICZ

Chief Development Officer & OWNER

A founding member of Bosque Brewing Co., Jotham is responsible for managing a portfolio of new locations throughout the entire project lifecycle, from origination through construction and handover to taproom operations. Jotham works with the Executive Team to cast vision and direction for the company, evaluate new opportunities, refine established operational practices, and implement new procedures. Jotham is a native New Mexican, whose diverse history of  restaurant launches, commercial real estate appraising, and music is uniquely qualified for the entrepreneurial adventure that is Bosque Brewing Co.

Rachel

Rachel Bernal

Director of Strategic Alignment

Rachel joined the Bosque Brewing Co. Executive Team in the Spring of 2018 and currently serves as the Director of Strategic Alignment. In this role, Rachel is responsible for the company’s overall strategic vision and planning while ensuring that all departments and company endeavors align with company values and goals. Rachel serves as the project manager for all large-scale special projects to maintain efficient cross-departmental teamwork and communication, systems advancement, and business portfolio growth. Since starting with Bosque, Rachel has held roles in business administration and operations–most recently, as the Director of Taproom Operations. During her tenure with Bosque, Rachel has been involved with new location openings, brand development, and company growth. Rachel oversees the office administration department and upcoming concept and product line development.

CHris Rosales, SHRM-SCP

Vice President of HR & Operations

As Vice President of Human Resources & Operations, Chris is responsible for leading and overseeing company-wide Human Resources initiatives and the strategic restaurant operations management of Bosque’s restaurant locations, including restaurant pubs and Restoration Pizza, to improve operational efficiency as well as working with members of the executive leadership team to develop and deliver on the company’s strategy and objectives, culture and organizational behavior planning. Chris has over 20 years of management experience, including retail, F&B, and hospitality, holding key leadership roles in operations management, training and development, and human resources. Before joining Bosque in September 2021, Chris crafted his career working in multi-unit and multi-state operations in fast-casual, brewing, café, and fine-dining restaurant management companies, leading recruitment and talent, people operations, and operations leadership. Chris holds a master’s degree in human resource management and a SHRM – SCP (senior certified professional) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
