CRAFT KITCHEN MENU HAS ARRIVED AT HEIGHTS PUBLIC HOUSE
Today marks a milestone for us at Bosque — the debut of our Craft Kitchen Menu at Heights Public House in the Promenade Shopping Center. After months of testing and fine-tuning, we’re proud to share a menu that reflects our growth, our creativity, and our passion for food that feels both elevated and approachable.
⚠️ Please note: Heights Public House will be closed for lunch service today, Tuesday, September 2nd, while our team trains, samples dishes, and prepares to deliver the experience this menu deserves. We’ll reopen at 4:30pm for dinner service, when you’ll be the first to explore the Craft Kitchen Menu in full.
Expect vibrant shareables like Elote Ribs and Guajillo Mussels, creative handhelds such as the Choripán and Smash Burgers, and desserts like the Abuelita Brownie. Every plate has been crafted with the same innovation and attention to detail that drives our beer.
To complement the food, we’re introducing a brand-new Craft Cocktail Menu, with options like the Desert Bloom Margarita, Smoked Sunset Paloma, and the refreshing Prickly Pear Spritz.
For those skipping the alcohol, we’ve created an equally exciting No-ABV lineup, including Dry Garden Lemonade, Prickly Pear Lemonade, Maiz Horchata, Cucumber Lime Agua, and Hibiscus Tea.
This is the next step in Bosque dining, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you. We’ll see you tonight at Heights for the very first taste of the Craft Kitchen Menu.
