With two successful rollouts behind us, first at Heights Public House and then at Telshor Public House in Las Cruces, the momentum keeps building. Guests have filled our dining rooms, shared meals with friends, and told us how much they’re enjoying this new chapter in Bosque dining. That feedback has fueled us every step of the way.

Now, it’s time for Bosque North in Bernalillo to join the journey. On September 23rd, the Craft Kitchen Menu will debut at North, bringing more variety, bold flavors, and a dining experience we’re proud to share with our community.

Why Craft Kitchen?

The Craft Kitchen Menu reflects how far Bosque has come. Over the years, our food has shifted to meet the moment, sometimes out of creativity, sometimes out of necessity. This menu is about combining those lessons into something lasting: food that feels both elevated and approachable, rooted in the same spirit of creativity and community that drives our beer.

Important Details

On September 23rd, Bosque North will be closed for lunch service while our team trains, tastes, and prepares for the rollout. Doors will reopen at 4:30pm for dinner service, when guests will be the first in Bernalillo to experience the Craft Kitchen Menu.
