Craft Kitchen Menu at Bosque North

We’ve been looking forward to bringing the Craft Kitchen Menu to Bosque North, and we know many of you have been too. After seeing how warmly it was received at Heights and Telshor, the anticipation here in Bernalillo has been exciting to watch. That’s why we want to share an honest update about where things stand.

The timing just isn’t right yet. Bosque North has a lot in motion, and we want to make sure the team has everything they need to succeed. We’ve heard feedback that a little more time will make a big difference, and we’re listening.

Rather than rushing, we’re choosing to pause. Taking this extra time now means that when the Craft Kitchen Menu does arrive at Bosque North, it will be served with the confidence, consistency, and care that our guests deserve.In the meantime, we’ll be showcasing select Craft Kitchen dishes as specials at Bosque North, so you’ll still get a chance to preview some of the flavors we’re excited about.

We’re aiming to debut the Craft Kitchen Menu at Bosque North sometime after the Balloon Fiesta, once our team has had the training and support they need. Until then, you’ll continue to see the full Craft Kitchen menu live at Heights and Telshor, along with these special previews at North.
