Elevating Flavor, Embracing Growth: Introducing the Craft Kitchen Menu
When we opened in 2012, we began with paninis made at the bar, eventually introducing a full menu at our original San Mateo location. Our menu has changed many times over the years, sometimes in the name of creativity, other times in the name of pivoting through a pandemic.
Over the last few months, our culinary team began working on elevating our current menu, which eventually turned into an entirely new menu. It’s a menu that reflects the best of who we are today. It showcases our growth as a company, our pride in New Mexico, and our passion for food that feels both elevated and approachable. This menu is about celebrating creativity, quality, and the kind of dining experience we’ve always wanted to share with you.
Our Craft Kitchen menu is designed to bring more depth and variety to the table. Think vibrant shareables like Elote Ribs and rustic boards, creative handhelds that elevate familiar favorites, and dishes that highlight fresh ingredients in unexpected ways. Every plate has been carefully crafted to reflect the same attention to detail and innovation that drives our beer.
