12th Anniversary Beer Dinner

Join Bosque Brewing Co. in celebrating its 12th anniversary with an exclusive Beer Dinner on October 17th at Heights Public House. This limited-engagement event features a five-course menu curated by Chef Mickey Gormley and paired with select beers chosen by Brewmaster John Bullard.

The evening begins with Beermosa Grapes, soaked in Bosque’s Beermosa cocktail, paired with Up North Blonde Ale (4.8% ABV, 20 IBU). Next, enjoy a Beet Rosette appetizer with baked brie, blood orange, and blueberry compote, complemented by the bold Showboat Captain IPA (7.8% ABV, 75 IBU).

The third course features Watermelon and Ahi Tuna Tataki Salad, with prickly pear gastrique and nopales salad, paired with the crisp Prickly Playmaker Wheat Ale (5.8% ABV, 15 IBU). The entrée is a refined White Mole Duck, served with Calabacitas masa gnocchi and seared duck breast, perfectly complemented by Agavelandia Agave Wheat Beer (6.0% ABV, 15 IBU).

To close the evening, indulge in Scotia Bread Pudding with pumpkin rye bread, horchata ice cream, and pumpkin bourbon caramel, paired with Gourd Summoner Pumpkin Ale (6.8% ABV, 15 IBU).
