From specialty series to stand alone seasonal, Open Space Haze has arrived! This full flavored, New England-style IPA has a similar hop profile to Open Space 120 West. It’s tropical, pillowy soft, and bursting with ripe fruit aromatics

5.9% ABV  |  20 IBU

Nearly black with ruby highlights, Driftwood’s coffee, chocolate, and roasty tones enhance the rich, malt character. This well-balanced, full-bodied ale is, most importantly, a pleasure to drink!

beyond the trees

5.3% ABV

The world of ciders delves into adjuncts, dry hopping, and more but we thought our first splash in this style should be a classic. This no-frills apple cider lives up to our line of staple and specialty beers, but stands out on its own. The Bosque Cider is crisp, clean, and dry with a hint of apple sweetness, making it a palate pleaser all year.

Bringing Pickleback

4.7% ABV | 10 IBUs

Our brewery team had pickle lovers in mind when they made this gose. They added a few gallons of pickle juice and fresh dill after fermentation, giving it a nose of a new jar of kosher pickles. Its sour and salty flavor is fresh and crisp down to the last drop.

Rebble Pebble

5.6% ABV | 15 IBUs

The real treat in a bowl of Cocoa Pebbles is drinking the cereal milk at the end. Our brewers added 250 pounds of Cocoa Pebbles to this brown ale, giving it a strong presence of chocolate and cacao nibs. The addition of lactose gives it a smooth finish reminiscent of the chocolatey milk after a bowl of cereal.

Sabro Pale

6.2% ABV | 25 IBUs

For the times when you want a medium-bodied beer with slight hop presence, the Sabro Pale should be your go-to. The single-hopped pale ale uses the newer Sabro hop variety that brings welcomed notes of oranges and stone fruit with a slightly herbaceous mint finish. Hop bitterness comes at the end of each sip without wrecking your palate.

Take on Mead

5.4% ABV

Our Take on Mead is easy drinking with medium candy sweetness. Local New Mexico honey notes swirl with floral notes of pleasant cherry blossom, delicate rose petal, and honeysuckle. This mead is sparkling, not still, making it a great taste of spring time in New Mexico.

Sour Songs

5.6% ABV | 10 IBUs

A nose of wet, fresh-cut grass deceives your palate when it comes to this blood orange-cranberry kettle sour. Cranberry’s assertive tartness is up front, while hints of sweetness from blood orange puree and tangerine concentrate swirl in the middle of each sip. It finishes on a crisp yet dry note with a hint of minerality — much like a brut rosé.

Old Man Jameson

5.4% ABV | 18 IBUs

Easy drinkin’ just like Old Man Jameson himself. This clean, medium-to-light bodied Scottish Export has little hop presence and cruises with mild malt and kettle caramelization flavors.
