What’s considered outrageous by most is what we call perfection. Big tropics define Scale Tipper IPA, our most decorated achievement to date. Mosaic, El Dorado, Citra, and Simcoe hops create one juicy and uniquely satisfying American IPA.

James “Space Lion” Narvaez, an inspiring, witty, bright, harmonious, stimulating, gifted, talented, intelligent, loving, selfless, encouraging son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend, in such a short time on this earth brought so much joy to us all. The world was not big enough to hold his heart; therefore our “Space Lion” advanced into the universe on his own cosmic journey to help others. From the Narvaez family to the Bosque family, we thank you for your support and help in making his legacy live forever. Your story is not finished: Stop suicide.

Specialty Beers on Tap
The following specialty beers are available on tap at one or all of locations. Be sure to ask if you’re looking for your favorite, and don’t hesitate to try something new.
OPEN SPACE HAZE
6.2% ABV | 70 IBU
From specialty series to stand alone seasonal, Open Space Haze has arrived! This full flavored, New England-style IPA has a similar hop profile to Open Space 120 West. It’s tropical, pillowy soft, and bursting with ripe fruit aromatics.
DRIFTWOOD OATMEAL STOUT
5.9% ABV | 20 IBU
Nearly black with ruby highlights, Driftwood’s coffee, chocolate, and roasty tones enhance the rich, malt character. This well-balanced, full-bodied ale is, most importantly, a pleasure to drink!
BOSQUE CIDER (DRY-HOPPED GUAVA)
As we delve into the world of cider, the brewery team opted for a dry-hopped cider that is swirling with sweet and fragrant notes of guava. The tropical fruit puree mingles with an apple cider base while the addition of Citra hops cuts through the sweetness with citrusy grapefruit notes. The cider’s crisp finish has a hint of the smooth softness of guava on the back end of your palate.
5% ABV | 35 IBUs
It’s perfectly balanced as Alt things should be. Consider this altbier a perfect alternative to the lighter lagers and blonde ales of the seasonal beers. It has a deep amber color with hues of ruby, but is surprisingly light and crisp on the palate. Its strong malt backbone meets slight bitterness with the addition of Hallertau, Tettnanger, and Saaz hops.
7.3% ABV | 50 IBUs
For those beer drinkers among us who say they’re not IPA drinkers, the Cashmere IPA could be a game changer. This single-hop IPA is made with Cashmere hops — a hop that is new to us, but came about in 2013 when Washington State University married Northern Brewer and Cascade. It has smooth bitterness with notes of citrus rind and melon. Consider this your go-to craft beer when you want to bring a growler that everyone can enjoy at the springtime cookout.
7.9% ABV | 12 IBUs
Looks can be deceiving, and the Sunshine Stout is a shining example. Its light golden color tells you it’s nothing to bat a lash at, but the first sip is so much more. Toasty and roasty on the nose, this golden stout has notes of bitter dark chocolate and biscuit. The sunshine comes through, not only in color, but the slight boozy warmth on the tailend of each drink.
We’re not exactly turning over a new leaf, just adding one to the ever-growing tree that is Bosque. Today, we introduce the New Leaf hard seltzer. Though we have a great following of beer drinkers, we want to include every imbiber in the Bosque Brewing Co. experience. This hard seltzer was carefully crafted by John Bullard and our brewery team in Bernalillo. It’s derived from fermented cane sugar and kissed with watermelon extract, making a crisp, clean, and incredibly refreshing low-carb, low-sugar libation.
Take on Mead
Our Take on Mead is easy drinking with medium candy sweetness. Local New Mexico honey notes swirl with floral notes of pleasant cherry blossom, delicate rose petal, and honeysuckle. This mead is sparkling, not still, making it a great taste of spring time in New Mexico.
5.7% ABV | 80 IBU
The farmhouse yeast used in this American-Belgo Pale Ale imparts a fruity flavor (think bananas) with a little bit of spice. A trio of Mosaic, Ekuanot, and Pacific Jade hops introduces citrus and tropical notes with a slightly piney and floral nose. The malt bill lends itself to hints of biscuit and caramel, making it a full-flavored beer with a complex yet approachable character.
