What’s considered outrageous by most is what we call perfection. Big tropics define Scale Tipper IPA, our most decorated achievement to date. Mosaic, El Dorado, Citra, and Simcoe hops create one juicy and uniquely satisfying American IPA.

James “Space Lion” Narvaez, an inspiring, witty, bright, harmonious, stimulating, gifted, talented, intelligent, loving, selfless, encouraging son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend, in such a short time on this earth brought so much joy to us all. The world was not big enough to hold his heart; therefore our “Space Lion” advanced into the universe on his own cosmic journey to help others. OPEN SPACE HAZE
6.2% ABV | 70 IBU
From specialty series to stand alone seasonal, Open Space Haze has arrived! This full flavored, New England-style IPA has a similar hop profile to Open Space 120 West. It’s tropical, pillowy soft, and bursting with ripe fruit aromatics.
DRIFTWOOD OATMEAL STOUT
5.9% ABV | 20 IBU
Nearly black with ruby highlights, Driftwood’s coffee, chocolate, and roasty tones enhance the rich, malt character. This well-balanced, full-bodied ale is, most importantly, a pleasure to drink!
6.2% ABV | 25 IBUs
For the times when you want a medium-bodied beer with slight hop presence, the Sabro Pale should be your go-to. The single-hopped pale ale uses the newer Sabro hop variety that brings welcomed notes of oranges and stone fruit with a slightly herbaceous mint finish. Hop bitterness comes at the end of each sip without wrecking your palate.
Pints for Polly
6.1% ABV | 15 IBUs
A blackberry merlot blonde ale? Yes, please! Pilsner malt was used to create a delicate malt backbone, which allowed for our outrageous addition of more than 40 gallons of merlot grape juice to shine through quite royally. Blackberry puree was also added to enhance the fruity flavors of this purple powerhouse.
Polly Rogers was stricken with pancreatic cancer in July 2008 and passed away June 2009. She has positively influenced the lives of many people as a track and cross country coach, a first grade teacher, a great friend and a beloved family member. We have, again, partnered with Polly’s Run to assist UNM’s Comprehensive Cancer Center in the search for a cure for pancreatic cancer. $1 from each purple pour will go towards finding a cure.
7.3% ABV | 50 IBUs
For those beer drinkers among us who say they’re not IPA drinkers, the Cashmere IPA could be a game changer. This single-hop IPA is made with Cashmere hops — a hop that is new to us, but came about in 2013 when Washington State University married Northern Brewer and Cascade. It has smooth bitterness with notes of citrus rind and melon. Consider this your go-to craft beer when you want to bring a growler that everyone can enjoy at the springtime cookout.
6.4% ABV | 10 IBUs
The fourth and final beer of the 2019 Bosque Co-op Series is Ocha from Las Cruces’ DeeDee Harvey. The beer was inspired by those craveable cans of AriZona Tea. DeeDee and the brewery team added Sencha and Gunpowder green teas, ginseng root, and honey to make this a truly unique saison. It has strong nose of green tea while the French saison yeast brings a spiced note balanced by the earthy nature of ginseng root. A hint of honey sweetness on the back end of your palate makes this a complex yet familiar beer for every drinker.
The second iteration of New Leaf is more fruit forward, highlighting the tart and acidic side of strawberry. Even with the more apparent fruit flavor, this hard seltzer is crisp, clean, and refreshingly effervescent down to the last sip. It’s great on ice, but is equally crushable on its own.
Take on Mead
Our Take on Mead is easy drinking with medium candy sweetness. Local New Mexico honey notes swirl with floral notes of pleasant cherry blossom, delicate rose petal, and honeysuckle. This mead is sparkling, not still, making it a great taste of spring time in New Mexico.
8.3% ABV | 90 IBUs
Hop lovers, this one is for you. The Bosque Style IPA is a hop-filled experience from the nose to the last sip. Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado, and Ekuanot hops come together to give a strong aroma of hops and pine needles, while each sip is loaded with hop bitterness and notes of orange and lemon pith. A bill of pale, Vienna, honey, and wheat malts gives it just enough balance to keep the beer from going hop wild.
