It’s a deceivingly big IPA. Ripe with orange zest on the nose, your palate is greeted with some the tang of fresh orange juice and lemon pith. Its hop finish is piney with subtle bitterness. Each sip opens a new complexity, keeping your senses on edge for the next layer of this enjoyably dangerous IPA.

Nearly black with ruby highlights, Driftwood’s coffee, chocolate, and roasty tones enhance the rich, malt character. This well-balanced, full-bodied ale is, most importantly, a pleasure to drink!

Perhaps it sounds a bit quirky, but there isn't a summer pairing quite like watermelon with a touch of salt, so our brewery team took that idea and made a beer out of it. It has a nice aroma of fresh cut melon, while your first sip has a brighter, slightly tart note like when you're savoring those crisp last bites of watermelon as you get down to the rind. A hint of Himalayan sea salt gets your palate craving the next sip to come.

one for 5

5.4% ABV | 40 IBUs

One for 5 is a classic take on an American Pale Ale in the Northwestern tradition. Aromas of grapefruit and pine nicely balanced on the palate with hints of orange, a biscuity cereal character from the heritage crystal malt and touch of sweetness, leading to a drier citrus pith finish.

Beyond the trees

5.3% ABV

The world of ciders delves into adjuncts, dry hopping, and more but we thought our first splash in this style should be a classic. This no-frills apple cider lives up to our line of staple and specialty beers, but stands out on its own. The Bosque Cider is crisp, clean, and dry with a hint of apple sweetness, making it a palate pleaser all year.

allryety then

5.2% ABV | 30 IBUs

So you want something different out of a lager? Allryety Then! This rye lager has notes of peppercorns and dried spices from the nose to the back of the palate. Spicy rye malt flavors are balanced with Pilsner and Vienna malts while the duo of Tettnanger and Herkules hops bring and bitter, peppery finish with very light floral notes.

working lab

5.1% ABV | 10 IBUs

We teamed up with Canine Companions for Independence to brew this beer to benefit their organization which raises, trains, and provides service dogs for people in need. Seeing as Canine Companions mainly works with labs and golden retrievers, it only felt right to make Working Lab a golden ale. Its malt bill lends the beer to light and toasty flavors with a hint of oat sweetness. Citra and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops bring the most subtle of hop bitterness on the back end of your palate.

old days

5% ABV | 20 IBUs

This American Pilsner is Bosque’s riff on the classic style. With a medium body and creamy mouthfeel, it is malt-forward highlighting notes of biscuit with a very subtle sweetness up front with a dry, crisp finish. Medium hop bitterness lingers on the back end of each sip, bringing you back for another drink each time.
