Today, Gabe toured the Nob Hill building with our contractor and said, “all is back on schedule and flying smoothly." This comes after a hiccup with an existing sewer and grease trap line that set us back a bit. As we toured the space two weeks ago to assess the issue, we were frustrated that we weren’t sitting on that newly poured patio with an Acequia IPA in hand, enjoying everything we love about the microbrew culture and patrons. But we’re back on track! This means that we are on the cusp of pouring your favorite Bosque beers in Nob Hill and…
Of all of the taproom and brewery projects we’ve worked on in the last several years, this has been, by far, the easiest. Too smooth… We keep waiting for problems, but so far, no major hurdles. At this point, it’s just a matter of waiting for our license approval and we just got our preliminary hearing date scheduled today! We should be up and running around the same time as Nob Hill opens. Now, opening two taprooms within a month of each other? That’s a hurdle. Challenge accepted!
If you come to the taproom and see eyes twitching, it’s only because we’re working like mad to make sure our thirsty customers have our beer close at hand.
