Bosque News | April 2015
We like to try to keep you all up-to-date with the goings-on in Bosqueland. Here are a few highlights.
Scale Tipper: NIPAC 2015 Winner
Scale Tipper is an IPA series we’ve been playing with for the last several months. The most recent iteration won the National IPA Challenge a couple of weeks ago. After the win, we brewed 30 barrels to satisfy demand and we sold it out in 7days. Thanks for the support! Even though this isn’t a year-round offering, we’ll periodically release it and we’ll make sure you all know it’s about to drop. Be on the look out for a special cask of Scale Tipper coming to our Nob Hill Taproom next Wednesday (April 29).
Both Albuquerque taprooms are equipped with a nitro tap and Las Cruces’s taproom’s will be up and running very soon. Our goal is to keep one beer on nitro at any given time and it will rotate frequently. So far, the response to the beers on nitro has been positive and we’d like to keep it that way!
We’ve had a great time pairing up with some of our draft account customers to throw some exquisite beer dinners — and they keep coming. Take a look at the following schedule and see if there are any dinners that pique your interest. We’ll post more definitive details as they emerge.
- May 14 | Loyal Hound | 6:30 pm | $45 per person | Reservation Required | 505.471.0440 (Santa Fe)
- June 17 | Pueblo Harvest Cafe (ABQ)
- July 22 | Vernons (ABQ)
- August 20 | Slate St. Cafe (ABQ)
It’s about time we enter an international competition. John (Bullard) has been inspired to create a Double IPA that will be brewed in late-May and will be shipped off to the Great British Beer Festival 2015 in London!
